Keep Checking Back!
A. Have your Employer or benefits provider direct deposit at least $350 of your Paycheck or Benefits Check into your card account and there will be No Monthly Fee for the given month.
B. If your employer doesn’t offer direct deposit and you would like us to assist your employer with establishing direct deposit, please Contact Us.
C. When direct deposit isn’t available, if you deposit at least $700 in cash deposits using an accepted cash load network and there will be No Monthly Fee for the given month.
D. If you don’t meet our minimum load requirements in a given month a monthly fee will apply for the given month. So consider if the benefits we offer are worth the costs you will incur.
We get paid by the companies that accept your card for purchases on each transaction you make with them. We have determined at this time if you meet the deposit requirements above we can provide our services to you without having to charge you a monthly fee. Many people ask why the minimum deposit requirement for cash deposits is higher than the requirement for direct deposit? The answer is it cost us more to monitor cash transactions than direct deposit transactions. Many prepaid card companies have not followed our lead yet and they do not waive their monthly fee, however we have a mission to accomplish.

A. When making a purchase, always request to sign for your purchase. Most merchants prefer that you enter your PIN and make a debit purchase. Always ask if you can make the purchase as a credit transaction. By selecting credit, no PIN is required to make the purchase and you will save a $1.00 PIN fee for using your card.
B. Some checkout clerks may be pushy and ask you for your pin number. Just say, “It will save me money if you process it as credit so please process my purchase as a Credit transaction.”
C. Many merchants have adapted to using POB (Point of Banking) terminals. These are payment transaction machines where customers swipe their card and are prompted to enter a PIN instead of signing for purchases. If CREDIT option doesn’t appear to be available, ask the cashier how to make a CREDIT transaction, Most POB terminals will allow you to select CANCEL and then will ask you if you would like to make a credit transaction. If you do this your transaction will be processed as a credit transaction saving you the $1.00 PIN Fee.
D. Always bring your Identification Card when making purchases! To sign for your purchase, you may be asked to show a state or government issued Identification Card to verify that you are the actual cardholder. If you do not present proper identification, you may be required to enter your PIN to make a valid purchase. We recommend that you carry your Identification Card and Prepaid Card together in a safe place. To avoid identity theft, never carry your social security card with your Prepaid Card.

Now this is just the opposite tactic as above. Many stores with POB terminals, including most grocery and convenience stores, will allow you to get CASH BACK after making a purchase. Make sure to ask the Cashier about their policy of getting cash back and also find out the maximum amount you can request. When you find a store that allows cash back, simply enter your PIN and then follow the instructions on the POB terminal machine. It should ask you if you would like cash back, make sure to select YES or enter the amount you would like to receive from the cashier. You will then be charged for your original purchase, the cash amount you received from the cashier and the $1.00 PIN fee. The $1.00 PIN will save you $1.50-$5.50 compared to withdrawing cash at an ATM Machine.

Did you know the owner of an ATM can charge you a surcharge fee typically ranging from $2.00-$4.00 just for using their ATM? By Withdrawing at a MoneyPass ATM Machine, we will pay the ATM Machine fee, known as the surcharge. To find a MoneyPass ATM Machine near you, click here. Also, if you have a smart phone you may be able to download the Moneypass Mobile Application to find a location nearest to you when you don’t have computer access nearby.

Avoid ATM Balance Inquiry and ATM Decline Fees: When our cardholders check their balance or try and withdrawal funds they don’t have from an ATM machine we get charged and intern have to charge our cardholders. Here is how to avoid incurring those fees:
A. Sign up for FREE email and text alerts. Your cell phone or email will always have your balance on it so you don’t need to make a balance inquiry or get declined because you know your balance.
B. SMS Text: 42265 BAL to receive a text message with your card account balance.
C. Use your cell phone or find a payphone and call the Toll Free number on the back of your card and you get your balance for free 24 hours a day seven days a week.
D. Access the cardholder website online to find out your balance and transaction history. It’s always there and just a click away.

Call or login to the cardholder website of the company you need to pay your bill and search for options available for paying your bill.
If you don’t see the payment option for debit cards, we recommend that you contact customer service to find out all of your payment options available to you. If the company you need to send a bill payment offers you incentives such as a discounted payment for using your Account and Routing Number, you can use their website to make bill payments and only pay a $1.00 third party payment fee.

We understand that not all bills can be paid with your prepaid card so instead of you paying $2.00 - $3.00 to purchase a money order, stamps, and envelopes you can use our on-line bill pay system to make electronic payments and/or send paper checks from your cardholder website. For a fee of $4.95 you can send up to 5 electronic and/or paper check bill payments over a thirty (30) consecutive day period. Additional bill payments after the 5th payment during this 30 day period are only $0.85 each. This is not a monthly recurring fee and is only deducted from your card account if you use the online bill pay service to pay a bill.

Going paperless saves trees and money! With paperless statements, you can always go back and find an old statement by simply logging in to the cardholder website. Paperless statements are always free and are available 24 hours per day 7 days per week with your online account. To receive a paper statement, there is a $2.00 fee and the statements will be mailed to your home address.

Since the prepaid debit card is an emerging industry we are constantly making refinements to the services we offer and were always looking for money saving ways to do business so we can lower the fees we charge our customers. If you like our prepaid card services please refer a friend or family member as we believe by offering a quality service at the best rates possible our customers are the best marketing tool we have.
